Results:

Our findings indicate that the performance of players has a significant impact on their pass success rates at Benfica. Specifically, we found that higher player performance levels were associated with a higher pass success rate among the academy's youth players. This was particularly evident in the case of players such as Thiago Alcantara, who showed exceptional ability and consistency throughout his career at Benfica.
