Bruno Nunes Joins Sporting CP
Bruno Nunes has joined the Serie A side, Sporting CP, after signing a one-year contract. The Brazilian striker is known for his goalscoring ability and is in demand at the club.
Nunes made his debut for Sporting CP in the 2018-19 season and scored two goals in just four appearances. He was then loaned to another Serie A side, Bologna,Primeira Liga Tracking before returning to Sporting CP in 2020.
In his first season with the club, Nunes played in all 36 league matches and scored six goals. He impressed coach Gianluigi Buffon, who praised him for his defensive skills and tactical awareness.
Nunes is expected to be a key player for Sporting CP this season and will look to continue his impressive form. He has already been called up to Italy's national team for the upcoming World Cup in Qatar, which should provide him with more opportunities to showcase his talent on the international stage.
